The Court: The judgment debtor offers to pay a sum of Rs. 3,50,000/- in installments of Rs. 5,000/- each.
It is submitted on behalf of the award holder that they are agreeable to accept the above sum of Rs. 3,50,000/- in 10 installments.
This proceeding has been pending for a considerable long time. In view of the peculiar facts and the failure of the award holder to ascertain any other tangible assets belonging to the award debtor, CC/15/2024 along with EC/438/2015 stands disposed of by directing the judgment debtor to pay Rs.5,000/- per month by the 1st of every month commencing from the month of August 2025.
Liberty is granted to the award holder to file a fresh application in accordance with law, if the circumstances so warrant.
