The Court:- Learned Advocate for the decree-holder is present. It appears that by Order dated 18th November, 2016 a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court issued warrant of arrest against the judgment-debtor to be executed between the two months from date. Thereafter certain payments were made by the judgment-debtor for which the warrant of arrest was stayed.
It is submitted by Mr. Garg that some payments are yet to be made by the judgment-debtor.
In the facts and circumstances, the matter stands adjourned till 12th August, 2025.
The judgment-debtor is directed to be present on 12th August, 2025.
