2. At the time of hearing the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the decree-holders, at the very outset, draws attention of this Court to the certified copy of the judgment dated 21.6.2019 passed by the Appellate Court in APD/76/2016 as has been annexed with the instant execution case. Attention of this Court is also drawn to the certified copy of the decree as drawn pursuant to the judgment as passed in the said appeal. It reveals that the instant execution case has been filed after two years of the passing of the said decree.

In view of such, the decree-holders are hereby directed to serve a copy of the instant execution application along with a server copy of this order upon the judgment-debtor by speed post and to file an affidavit of service on the adjourned date, i.e., on 10 th April, 2025, on which date the instant matter will be listed under the same heading.
