1. The judgment dated 22nd January, 2025 passed by the West Bengal Clinical Establishment Regulatory Commission is impugned in the instant writ petition.

2. Learned advocate representing the Institution, i.e., Institute of Human Reproduction, Kolkata being the respondent no.5 and the respondent nos. 9, 10 and 11 seeks time for filing affidavit-in- opposition in the matter.

3. It appears that the matter cannot be decided without granting the respondents opportunity to file affidavit. 2

4. Let affidavit-in-opposition be filed within a period of four weeks from date. Reply thereto, if any, be filed within two weeks thereafter.

5. Liberty to mention the matter for hearing.

6. Respondent no.5 is directed to properly maintain the records of all the patients and the processes undergone by the patients in the said Institute until further order.
