...for the judgment-debtors The Court: The award-debtor no.1 is present in Court. Learned counsel for the award-debtors seeks suspension of the warrant of arrest.
It is found from the records that the award-debtors have not yet filed their affidavits of assets as per previous direction of the Court.
Accordingly, both the award-debtors are directed to file their affidavits of assets by November 8, 2024 with advance copies to the learned advocate- on-record for the award-holder.
Subject to such filing within the time as stipulated above and to the further condition that the award-debtor no.1 shall be personally present in Court on November 14, 2024 for being examined by the award-holder, the 2 warrant of arrest issued earlier stands suspended till November 30, 2024 or until further order, whichever is earlier.
The matter shall next be listed on November 14, 2024 for examination of the award-debtor no.1.
