The Court :- Mr. Sanjib Kumar Biswal, Managing Director of Rubee Air Freight Limited is present in Court.

Both the learned Advocates for the decree holder as well as judgment debtor submits that an amount of Rs.10 lakhs has already been paid to the decree holder by the judgment debtor and the rest amount of Rs.43,61,505/- will be paid by the judgment debtor in six equal monthly instalments commencing from October, 2024.

The judgment debtor Sanjib Kumar Biswal gives undertaking that the balance amount of Rs.43,61,505/- will be paid by him within six 2 months in equal monthly instalments commencing from October, 2024 till 31st March, 2025.

It is agreed upon by the parties that monthly instalments shall be paid by the judgment debtor by 28 th of each month.

The personal appearance of the judgment debtor is dispensing with for the time being.

On the prayer of learned advocates for respective parties, let the matter go out of the list with liberty to mention.
