          The Court:- Certain corrections were to be made in the cause title of the

judgment dated 31.07.2023 which are as follows:-

          1.

The word 'DES' shall be in place of the word 'DAS' and the word 'PRODUITS' shall be in place of the word 'PRODUCTS' in the name of the plaintiff.

2. The word 'OTHERS' shall substitute the word 'ANR.' after the name of the defendant.

3. The name of the learned Advocate for the plaintiff shall be 'Mamta' instead of 'Mamota'. The changed name shall be 'Mrs. Mamta Jha'. Let the corrections be carried out after the incorporation of uploaded corrections in the server copy of the judgment.
