...for the judgment-debtor The Court:- The advocate-on-record of the judgment-debtor submits that the Division Bench has passed an order today itself in an appeal filed by the judgment-debtor from an application for recalling of the order of the Division Bench dated 31st March, 2022 directing that no coercive steps shall be taken against the judgment-debtor till 24th November, 2023.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/award-holder submits that the petitioner was not served notice of the hearing of the appeal today and is not aware of any such order being passed by the Appeal Court.
List this matter on 30th November, 2023, as prayed for. The award-holder will have liberty of mentioning the matter before the returnable date.
