...for the judgment-debtor nos. 1 and 2 The Court: Mr. Dinesh Singh and Mr. Rajendra Singh have surrendered in Court today. They have deposed and submitted that they shall file their fresh affidavits of assets in Form No.16A, Appendix-E of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 within a period of six weeks.
Accordingly, they are directed to file affidavits of assets and serve a copy of the same upon the Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from date.
Mr. Dinesh Singh and Mr. Rajendra Singh are discharged from the custody of this Court and warrants of arrest issued against them are kept in abeyance for the time being.

Examination of Mr. Dinesh Singh and Mr. Rajendra Singh will take place eight weeks hence. They should be present in Court positively on the returnable date.
Counsel on behalf of the award-debtor also wishes to file a fresh Vakalatnama as there has been a change of the advocate-on-record.
