It appears that the Section 14 application is being heard by a Coordinate Bench of this High Court and the next date of hearing is fixed on 13th January, 2023.

In light of the same, the execution application filed herein is adjourned for a period of six weeks.

Parties shall be at liberty to mention the matter before this Court in the event the order in the Section 14 application is passed by the Coordinate Bench.
