The Court : The appeal is directed against the order dated July 28, 2023 passed in WPO 2439 of 2022.
Stay was not granted initially on October 12, 2023. Subsequently, on a further application of stay being IA GA 2 of 2023 being 2 filed, stay prayed for was also not granted in view of the fact that, the matter was fixed on November 23, 2023.
Court is informed on behalf of the State that steps are being taken pursuant to the impugned judgment and order.
State and the private respondent are represented. We dispose of IA GA 1 of 2023 by permitting the appellants to file informal paper books incorporating all the documents that were used before the Learned Single Judge. Paper Books be filed by December 22, 2023.
All other formalities are dispensed with. The steps taken by the State pursuant to the impugned judgment and order will abide by the result of the appeal.
