Learned advocate for the appellants submits that appellant No.2 i.e. Sk. Jainal Abedin has already expired.
The appeal abates so far as appellant No. 2 is concerned. Department is directed to serve copy of the impugned judgment upon the learned advocate for the appellants as well as learned advocate for the State in the meantime.
Let the matter be fixed on 24th April, 2023. Copy of the order be sent to the Department, due compliance.
