The Court:- The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the decree-
holder submits that in terms of the consent decree passed on 11 th August,
2021, the plaintiff/judgment-debtor is to pay the decretal amount of Rs.
13,82,00,000/- to the defendant/decree-holder along with interest at the rate
of 18 per cent per annum to be compounded annually on and from 1 st August,
2021 under the diminishing marginal method of accounting.
It is submitted that out of that amount, only 2 ½ crores have been paid
by the plaintiff/judgment-debtor till now.
In view of the above, the decree-holder/defendant is seeking an
appropriate direction in terms of prayer 10 (a) of the tabular statement.
In view of the above, let there be an injunction till further order
restraining the respondents/plaintiffs and each of them together with their
men, agents and assigns from operating the savings and current bank accounts, fixed deposits, bank lockers, demat and depository accounts to the extent of decretal dues of Rs. 11,32,00,000/- associated with the following PAN Nos.:
