The Court: It appears from the earlier orders of this Court dated 9th January, 2020 modified on 4th February, 2020 that the decree-holder was directed to effect substituted service in the local news paper at Ghazipur. The decree-holder has made the necessary publication and the affidavit of service to that effect is submitted before the Hon'ble Court.
It is seen that the judgment-debtors have not filed their affidavit of assets till date for which an application has been filed by the award-holder for issuance of warrant against the judgment-debtors.
In view of the above, let warrant of arrest be issued against the judgment- debtors.
The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of the local police station are directed to ensure due execution of the warrants of arrest 2 and production of the judgment-debtors before this Court on or before the returnable date.
The judgment-debtor no.1 is directed to be present in Court on the returnable date for his examination.
The matter is made returnable twelve weeks hence.
