This appeal is filed under the proviso to Section 372 of
the Code of Criminal Procedure against the judgment
and order of acquittal passed against the opposite
parties.

The private respondents are directed to appear
before the Court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Birbhum on receipt of the notice. On their appearance the private respondents shall be granted bail under Section 390 of the Code of Criminal Procedure subject to the conditions that the 2 respondents shall attend the Court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate until further order.
