The Court : It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that notwithstanding a direction for filing of Affidavit of Assets, no Affidavit of Assets has been filed till date by the judgment debtors.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, the time to file the Affidavit of Assets is extended by a period of four weeks from date.

In the meantime, the petitioner is also directed to effect service and file an Affidavit of Service on the returnable date.
