DATE : 22.05.2026 The order impugned is dated 16.02.2026 which grants maintenance of Rs.7,000/- and Rs.3,000/- i.e. Rs.10,000/- to the wife and daughter.
2. It is the contention of learned counsel for the petitioner that even though amount of Rs.90,000/- was arrears, out of which amount Rs.50,000/- is already paid.
3. It is the submission of counsel for the petitioner that even though 50% amount is already paid, the trial Court i.e. Family Court is insisting to pay entire arrears till 28.05.2026. She therefore prays for ad-interim protection.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner also takes me through affidavit filed by the petitioner on 04.05.2026 that at present he is unemployed and he has no regular source of income.
5. Looking at the overall circumstances of the 2 12 wp 386.26.odt..odt matter, impugned order passed below Exh.6 in HMP Petition No.E-562/2023 is stayed till the next date subject to the petitioner depositing Rs.20,000/- on or before 28.05.2026 before the Family Court.
6. Report compliance be placed this Court.
7. Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 10.06.2026.
