2. Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 09.06.2026.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for respondent No.4 - Collector, Nagpur.
4. The learned Counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 has filed a caveat, and learned Counsel for the petitioners makes a statement that the copy has been served, in spite of that, nobody tenders appearance for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2.
5. Learned Counsel for the petitioner points out that similarly situated persons like petitioners have already been granted interim protection while issuing notice. He (2) 915 wp 4287-2026 refers to the order in Writ Petition No. 4127/2026, passed on 12.05.2026.
6. In that view of the matter, parties are directed to maintain status quo as regards possession till next date.
7. To be heard along with Writ Petition Nos. 4127/2026 and 4185/2026.
