ORDER :

. Heard the learned Advocate for the respective parties.

2. The applicant apprehend arrest in connection with C.R. No.118 of 2026 registered with Vajirabad Police Station, District- Nanded for the offences punishable under Sections 115, 119(1) and 296 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 06.07.2026. Learned APP waives service of notice for respondents - State.

4. Considering the allegations made in the FIR and the role attributed Bhagyawant Punde {2} 17-aba-862-2026 to the applicant, the applicant has prima facie made out a case for grant of interim protection. Therefore, I am inclined to grant interim protection to the applicant. Hence, the following order :

ORDER
(i) Till the next date, in the event of arrest of applicant namely; Jyotiba Jayaramji Kharate in connection with C.R. No.118 of 2026 registered with Vajirabad Police Station, District- Nanded for the offences punishable under Sections 115, 119(1) and 296 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond and Surety Bond of Rs.15,000/-

with one solvent surety in the like amount.

(ii) The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on every Thursday and Sunday between 10.00 a.m. and 02.00 p.m. till the next date.

(iii) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner whatsoever.

(iv) The applicant shall cooperate with the Investigating Agency.
