1. Heard the learned Advocate for the respective parties.
2. The Appellants apprehend arrest in connection with C.R.
No.0580 of 2025 registered with Nandurbar City Police Station, Taluka
and District Nandurbar, for the offences punishable under Sections
310(2), 311 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and under Sections
3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled
Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and under Sections 37(1),
37(3) read with 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951.
3. Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 18.06.2026.

4. Considering the allegations made in the FIR and the role
attributed to the Appellants, the Appellants have prima facie made out
a case for grant of interim protection. Therefore, I am inclined to grant
interim protection to the Appellants. Hence, the following order :
ORDER
(i) Till the next date, in the event of arrest of Appellants namely; (1) Dharu @ Rahul Daga Koli and (2) Harsh @ Harshal Manoj Chaudhari in connection with C.R. No.0580 of 2025 registered with Nandurbar City Police Station, Taluka and District Nandurbar, for the offences punishable under Sections 310(2), 311 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and under Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)
(s), 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and under Sections 37(1), 37(3) read with 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951, be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond and Surety Bond of Rs.15,000/- each with one solvent surety in the like amount.
(ii) The Appellants shall attend the concerned Police Station on every Thursday and Sunday between 10.00 a.m. and 02.00 p.m. till the next date.
(iii) The Appellants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner whatsoever.

(iv) The Appellants shall cooperate with the Investigating Agency.
