3. The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the
Applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present
case. It is submitted that even if the allegations contained in the FIR
are taken at their face value does not constitute alleged commission
of offence. The learned counsel submits that in absence of specific
overt act/allegation or role attributed to the Applicant that connects

the applicant to the alleged offence, entails the applicant to protect
his liberty.
4. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the application
submitting that the offence is serious in nature and prayed to reject
the application.
5. Perusal of the record indicates that the marriage was
performed in 2024 whereas deceased committed suicide on
16/01/2026. Prima facie in absence of proximate and compelling
reasons, the case is made out for grant of ad-interim relief.
6. Hence, following order:
ORDER
I. In the event of arrest of the applicant Sunil Dada Alias Mahadev Narute, in connection with C.R. No. 10 of 2026 registered with Natepute Police Station, District Solapur for offences punishable under Sections 108, 80, 115(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, the applicant be released on bail on executing Personal Bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety in the like amount.
II. The applicant shall attend the concerned police station every Sunday between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon as and when called by the Investigating Officer in Iresh 2 of 3 ::: Uploaded on - 21/05/2026 ::: Downloaded on - 21/05/2026 21:20:41 ::: 7-269-26-aba.doc writing.
III. The applicant shall not tamper the prosecution evidence.
