PER COURT :
1. The applicants apprehend arrest in connection with
Crime No.83/2026, registered at Pimpalner Police Station, District
Beed for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 118(2),
126(2), 190, 191(2), 191(3), 324(4), 351(2), 352 of the Bhartiya
Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Sections 4 and 25 of the Arms Act and
Sections 3 and 7 of the Criminal Amendment Act.
2. Issue notice to respondents returnable on 10th June

2026. Learned A.P.P. waives service for respondent.
3. Considering the allegations made in the F.I.R. and the
role attributedto the applicants, the applicants have prima facie
made out a case for grant of interim protection. Therefore, I am
inclined to grant interim protection the to the applicants. Hence the
order :
ORDER
(i) Till next date, in the event of arrest of the applicants namely, Shamrao Vishwambhar Padule and Sharad Vitthalrao Patil in connection with Crime No.83/2026, registered at Pimpalner Police Station, District Beed for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 118(2), 126(2), 190, 191(2), 191(3), 324(4), 351(2), 352 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Sections 4 and 25 of the Arms Act and Sections 3 and 7 of the Criminal Amendment Act, the applicants be released on bail on executing P.R. bond of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand) each with one surety in the like amount.
(ii) The applicants shall attend the concerned Police Station on every Saturday and Tuesday between 10.00 a.m. and 02.00 p.m. till the next date.

(iii) The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner whatsoever.
(iv) The applicants shall co-operate with the investigating agency.
