2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that, in relation to the loan availed by the Petitioner, 'No dues certificate' had already been issued by the concerned Co-operative Credit Society as far back as in the year 2014. It is further submitted that the Revision preferred by the Petitioner raising an exception to the order issuing the recovery certificate under Section 101 is pending before the Revisional Authority. Inspite of the pendency of the said Revision, the authorities have proceeded further; and the auction is scheduled today i.e. on 21/05/2026.

3. In that view of the matter, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (B) which reads as under:
"Pending the final hearing and disposal of this petition, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant Ad-Interim Ex- parte stay on the operation, execution, and implementation of the public auction scheduled on 21/05/2026 at 11.00 A.M., in respect of the petitioner's said property".
