PER COURT :
1. Heard the learned Advocate for the respective parties.
2. The Applicant apprehends arrest in connection with C.R. No. 667 of
2024 registered with M.I.D.C. Police Station, District Ahilyanagar, for the
offences punishable under Sections 316(5), 318(3), 318(4), 61(2) of the
Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and under Section 3 of the Maharashtra
Protection of Interest of Depositors (In Financial Establishments) Act, 1999.
3. Issue notice to the Respondent, returnable on 08.07.2026. Learned
APP waives service of notice for Respondent - State.
4. Considering the allegations made in the FIR and the role attributed
to the Applicant, the Applicant has prima facie made out a case for grant of
interim protection. Therefore, I am inclined to grant interim protection to

the Applicant. Hence, the following order :
ORDER
(i) Till the next date, in the event of arrest of Applicant namely Sachin Dattatray Vidhate in connection with C.R. No. 667 of 2024 registered with M.I.D.C. Police Station, District Ahilyanagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 316(5), 318(3), 318(4), 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3 of the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors (In Financial Establishments) Act, 1999, be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond and Surety Bond of Rs.15,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.
(ii) The Applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on every Saturday and Sunday between 10.00 a.m. and 02.00 p.m. till the next date.
(iii) The Applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner whatsoever.
(iv) The Applicant shall cooperate with the Investigating Agency.
(v) Leave is granted to place a copy of charge-sheet on the next date.
