PER COURT :
1. Heard the learned Advocate for the respective parties.
2. The Applicant apprehends arrest in connection with C.R. No.20 of
2026 registered with Dharur Police Station, District Beed, for the offences
punishable under Sections 140(3), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita,
2023.
3. The learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant's
name was not mentioned in the FIR, but on the basis of the subsequent
statement of the co-accused, he was added as accused.
4. Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 08.07.2026. Learned
APP waives service of notice for Respondents - State.
5. Considering the fact that Applicant was not named in the FIR and he
arrayed as an accused on the basis of the statement of the co-accused, the

Applicant has prima facie made out a case for grant of interim protection.
Therefore, I am inclined to grant interim protection to the Applicant. Hence,
the following order :
ORDER
(i) Till the next date, in the event of arrest of Applicant namely Santosh Jyotiram Choure in connection with C.R. No.20 of 2026 registered with Dharur Police Station, District Beed, for the offences punishable under Sections 140(3), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond and Surety Bond of Rs.15,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.
(ii) The Applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on every Saturday and Sunday between 10.00 a.m. and 02.00 p.m. till the next date.
(iii) The Applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner whatsoever.
(iv) The Applicant shall cooperate with the Investigating Agency.
