ORDER :

1. Heard the learned Advocate for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

2. The applicant apprehends arrest in connection with C.R. No. 149 of 2026 registered with Hingoli Rural Police Station, Taluka and District Hingoli for the offences punishable under Sections 118(1), 118(2), 115(2), 351(2), 352, 189(2), 191(2), 191(3), 190 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. Issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 10.06.2026. Learned APP waives service of notice for respondent - State.

4. Considering the allegations made in the FIR and the role attributed to the applicant, the applicant has prima facie made out a case for grant of interim protection. Therefore, I am inclined to grant interim protection to the applicant. Hence, the following order :

ORDER
(i) Till the next date, in the event of arrest of applicants namely; Balaji Pandurang Sarkate in connection with C.R. No. 149 of 2026 registered with Hingoli Rural Police Station, Taluka and District Hingoli for the offences punishable under Sections 118(1), 118(2), 115(2), 351(2), 352, 189(2), 191(2), 191(3), 190 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond and Surety Bond of Rs.15,000/- each with one solvent surety in the like amount.
(ii) The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on every Thursday and Sunday between 10.00 a.m. and 02.00 p.m. till the next date.
(iii) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner whatsoever.
(iv) The applicant shall cooperate with the Investigating Agency.
