1. Heard the learned Advocate for the applicants and the learned
APP for the State.
2. The applicants apprehend arrest in connection with Crime No.
0126 of 2026, registered with Kalamb Police Station, Dist. Dharashiv
(Osmanabad), for the offences punishable under Sections 118(2),
119(2), 115(2), 324(4), 352, 189(1), 189 (2), 189(4), 191(1), 191(2),
191(3), 190 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 22.06.2026.
Learned APP waives service of notice for the respondent nos.1 and 2 -
State.

4. Considering the allegations made in the FIR and the role
attributed to the applicants, the applicants have prima facie made out a
case for grant of interim protection. Therefore, I am inclined to grant
interim protection to the applicants. Hence, the following order:
ORDER
(i) Till the next date, in the event of arrest of the applicants, namely, Abhijeet Bharat Sagare and Shashank @ Sumit Shrikant Modi in connection with Crime No. 0126 of 2026, registered with Kalamb Police Station, Dist. Dharashiv (Osmanabad), for the offences punishable under Sections 118(2), 119(2), 115(2), 324(4), 352, 189(1), 189 (2), 189(4), 191(1), 191(2), 191(3), 190 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond of Rs.15,000/- [Rupees Fifteen Thousand] each, with one surety in the like amount each.
(ii) The applicants shall attend the concerned Police Station on every Saturday and Tuesday between 10.00 a.m. and 02.00 p.m. till the next date.
(iii) The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner whatsoever.
(iv) The applicants shall cooperate with the Investigating Agency.
