1. Heard the learned Advocate for the appellants and the learned
APP for the State.
2. The appellants apprehend arrest in connection with Crime No.84
of 2026, registered with Pachod Police Station, Dist. Chhatrapati
Sambhajinagar (Rural) for the offences punishable under Sections
3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes
(Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and Sections 115 (2), 189(2), 190,
191(2), 351(3), 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 13.07.2026.

Learned APP waives service of notice for the respondent No.1 - State.
4. Considering the allegations made in the FIR and the role
attributed to the appellants, the appellants have prima facie made out a
case for grant of interim protection. Therefore, I am inclined to grant
interim protection to the appellants. Hence, the following order:
ORDER
(i) Till the next date, in the event of arrest of the appellants, namely,
1. Meenabai Baburao Palve @ Mina Babasaheb Palve, 2. Durga @ Durga Sahebrao Dahiphale, 3. Renuka @ Renuka Laxman Khedkar,
4. Dnyaneshwar Baburao Palve @ Dnyaneshwar Babasaheb Palve in connection with Crime No.84 of 2026, registered with Pachod Police Station, Dist. Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Rural) for the offences punishable under Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and Sections 115 (2), 189(2), 190, 191(2), 351(3), 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond of Rs.15,000/- [Rupees Fifteen Thousand] each, with one surety in the like amount each.
(ii) The appellants shall attend the concerned Police Station on every Saturday and Tuesday between 10.00 a.m. and 02.00 p.m. till the next date.
(iii) The appellants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in 3 any manner whatsoever.
(iv) The appellants shall cooperate with the Investigating Agency.
