PER COURT :
1. Heard the learned Advocate for the respective parties.
2. The applicant apprehends arrest in connection with Crime No.0225
of 2025 registered with Police Station Amalner Dist. Beed punishable
under Sections 61(2), 318(4), 351(2) and 3(5) of BNS.
3. Issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 06.07.2026. Learned
APP waives service of notice for respondent - State.
4. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present
applicant was not implicated as an accused in the FIR and his subsequent
inclusion is an after thought. The applicant is ready to abide the
conditions imposed and is ready to cooperate with the Investigating
Agency.
5. Considering the fact that the name of the present applicant was not
included in the FIR and the same has been revealed after interrogation of

accused under arrest, I am of the opinion that the custodial interrogation
of the present applicant is not necessary, particularly when the applicant
is ready to abide by the condition imposed by this Court for securing his
attendance before the Investigating Agency. Therefore, I am inclined to
grant interim protection to the present applicant. Hence, I pass the
following order:-
ORDER
(i) Till the next date, in the event of arrest of applicant, namely, Atul Dhondiram Bankar in connection with Crime No.0225 of 2025 registered with Police Station Amalner Dist. Beed punishable under Sections 61(2), 318(4), 351(2) and 3(5) of BNS , be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond and Surety Bond of Rs.15,000/- each.
(ii) The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on every Thursday and Sunday between 10.00 a.m. and 02.00 p.m. till the next date.
(iii) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner whatsoever.
(iv) The applicant shall cooperate with the Investigating Agency.
