1. A praecipe has been filed by the learned Counsel for the applicant for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 15 th May, 2026.

2. Learned Counsel for the applicant states that while Wakodikar 1/3 ::: Uploaded on - 20/05/2026 ::: Downloaded on - 20/05/2026 21:06:46 ::: ABA-1257-2026-SPK.doc granting interim protection to the applicant, inadvertently in clause (i) of para 5 of the order dated 15 th May, 2026, the details of the FIR was wrongly mentioned as the C.R.No. 51 of 2026, registered with the Antop Hill Police Station, Mumbai, which is a cross FIR filed by the applicant against the respondent No.2. However, in this application, the applicant is seeking protection in connection with C.R.No. 7 of 2026 registered with the Koregaon Park Police Station, Pune.

3. Accordingly, clause (i) of para 5 of the order dated 15 th May, 2026 be read as under :

"(i) In the event of arrest, the applicant - Nisha Jitendraa Siingh, shall be released on bail in connection with C.R.No.7 of 2026 registered with Koregaon Park Police Station, Pune City, on 11th January, 2026, for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 351(3), 305, 314, 61 r/w 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 4 of the Maharashtra Prevention and Eradication of Human Sacrifice and other Inhuman, Evil and Aghori Practices & Black Magic Act, 2013, on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/-, with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount."

4. The order dated 15th May, 2026 stands corrected accordingly. Corrected order be uploaded on the website.
