1. Heard the learned Advocate for the respective parties.
2. The appellant apprehends arrest in connection with Crime No.95 of
2026 registered with Taluka Police Station, Jalna, District Jalna for the
offences punishable under Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)((s) of the Scheduled
Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and
under Sections 351(2) 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 17.06.2026. Learned
APP waives service of notice for respondents No.1 and 2.
4. Considering the allegations made in the FIR and the role attributed
to the applicant, the applicant has prima facie made out a case for grant of
interim protection. Therefore, I am inclined to grant interim protection to
the applicant. Hence, the following order :
ORDER
(i) Till the next date, in the event of arrest of applicant namely; Abhijeet S/o. Chatrabhuj Shelke in connection with Crime No.95 of 2026 registered with Taluka Police Station, Jalna, District Jalna for the offences punishable under Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)((s) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and under Sections 351(2) 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond and Surety Bond of Rs.15,000/ each.
(ii) The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on every Monday and Thursday between 10.00 a.m. and 02.00 p.m. till the next date.
(iii) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner whatsoever.
(iv) The applicant shall cooperate with the Investigating Agency.
