PER COURT :
1. This motion is made for speaking to the minutes of the
order dated 19th May 2026.
2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that Sections 3
and 4 of the MPID Act were subsequently added in the present crime
at the time of filing of the charge-sheet.
3. In view thereof, paragraph No.2 and clause (a) of the
operative part stand corrected as follows :
"2. The applicant apprehend arrest in connection with
Crime No.0076 of 2024, dated 14th February 2024,
registered with Gandhi Chowk Police Station, Dist.
Latur, for the offences punishable under Sections

406, 409, 420, 201, 465, 467, 468, 471 r/w 34 of
the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 3 and 4 of
the MPID Act.
ORDER
(a) Till the next date, in the event of arrest of the applicant - Premkishor Mathuradas Mundada in connection with Crime No.0076 of 2024, dated 14th February 2024, registered with Gandhi Chowki Police Station, Dist. Latur, for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420, 201, 465, 467, 468, 471 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code, and Sections 3 and 4 of the MPID Act, he be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond and Surety Bond of ₹ 15,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount."
4. Necessary corrections be carried out and the corrected order be uploaded on the website.
5. Motion is disposed of.
