2. This Court was moved in the Vacation with an expressed statement made in the praecipe that the Applicant/ Plaintiff is homeless as she is not permitted to enter her house.

3. Mr. Venkatesh Dhond, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the Defendant on instructions makes a statement that the Applicant/ Plaintiff shall be allowed to enter and stay in the house. He further submits that the Defendant is not and will not prevent the ingress and egress of the Plaintiff from the house. Statement accepted.

4. Ms. Kanchan Talreja, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant/ Plaintiff submits that there are about eight lady goons in this house. Mr. Venkatesh Dhond, learned Senior Advocate submits that except one lady, the other seven ladies would not remain in the house.

5. This arrangement will take care of the situation.

6. In light of the aforesaid statement, the apprehension of the Applicant/ Plaintiff is taken care of at this juncture. Detailed hearing will be required in this matter.

7. Stand over to 15th June, 2026 for further consideration.
