1) Heard Mr. Mihir Kasliwal, the learned Counsel for the
Applicant.
2) The Applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with the
offence registered under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471, 474 read with
Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, vide C.R. No.74 of 2026,
registered with Sarkarwada Police Station, Nashik City.
3) The learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that this Court
on 15th May 2026, passed an Order in Anticipatory Bail Application

No.1122 of 2026, thereby granting pre-arrest bail to Co-accused Mr.
Mangesh Dhondiram Pardhe. He tendered across the Bar a copy of the
Order dated 15th May, 2026.
4) As the role of the present accused is also similar, taking into
consideration an inordinate and unexplained delay in lodging the F.I.R.,
the following Order is passed :-
:ORDER:
(i) In the event of arrest, the Applicant-Somnath Laxman Mondhe be released on bail in connection with C.R. No.74/2026, registered with Sarkarwada Police Station, Nashik, on 21st March 2026, for offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471, 474 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.
