PER COURT :
1. Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant and the
learned APP for the Respondent - State.
2. The applicant apprehend arrest in connection with Crime
No.0053 of 2026, dated 27th January 2026, registered with Paranda
Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 3(5), 61(2),
340(2), 338, 318(4), 316(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. Issue notice to the Respondent, returnable on 22nd June
2026.
4. Learned APP waives service of notice on behalf of the
respondent - State.

5. Considering the allegations made in the FIR and the
role attributed to the applicant, the applicant has prima facie made out
a case for grant of interim protection. Therefore, I am inclined to
grant interim protection to the applicant. Hence, the following order.
ORDER
(a) Till the next date, in the event of arrest of the applicant - Suryaprakash in connection with Crime No.0053 of 2026, dated 27th January 2026, registered with Paranda Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 3(5), 61(2), 340(2), 338, 318(4), 316(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, he be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond and Surety Bond of ₹ 15,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.
(b) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station after 27th May 2026 on every Saturday and Sunday between 10:00 a.m. and 02:00 p.m. till the next date.
(c) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner whatsoever. Shrikant Malani Page 2 of 3

(d) The applicant shall cooperate with the Investigating Agency.
