1. Heard the learned counsel for the Applicants and the
learned APP for the Respondent - State.
2. The applicants apprehend arrest in connection with Crime
No.0095 of 2026, dated 16th April 2026, registered with Sambhaji
Nagar Police Station, Dist. Beed, for the offences punishable under
Sections 115(2), 117(2), 118(1), 118(2), 3(5), 351(2) and 352 of the
Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. Issue notice to the Respondent, returnable on 30th June
2026.

4. Learned APP waives service of notice on behalf of the
respondent - State.
5. Considering the allegations made in the FIR and the
role attributed to Applicant No.2, the applicant No.2 has prima facie
made out a case for grant of interim protection. Therefore, I am
inclined to grant interim protection to Applicant No.2. Hence, the
following order.
ORDER
(a) Till the next date, in the event of arrest of the applicant namely Shivaji Bhagwatrao Bachate in connection with Crime No.0095 of 2026, dated 16 th April 2026, registered with Sambhaji Nagar Police Station, Dist. Beed, for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 117(2), 118(1), 118(2), 3(5), 351(2) and 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond and Surety Bond of ₹15,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.
(b) The applicants shall attend the concerned police station on every Saturday and Sunday between 10:00 Shrikant Malani Page 2 of 3

(c) The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner whatsoever.
(d) The applicants shall cooperate with the Investigating Agency.
