IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY
                                      NAGPUR BENCH, NAGPUR.
                                     WRIT PETITION NO.4252 OF 2026
[Bhavana Mahesh Sharma ..Vs.. Mahesh Govindprasad Sharma]

Shri. R. Siddharth, Advocate for Petitioner.

                                       CORAM : NANDESH S. DESHPANDE, J.
                                       DATE : 19th MAY, 2026.

. Heard Shri. R. Siddharth, learned counsel for petitioner.
                                      2. Issue notice to the respondent, returnable on
                                      08.06.2026.

3. A challenge in the present writ petition is to the rejection of application for amendment on the ground that it is moved after the evidence of respondent is completed.

4. After perusing the application, it seems that an explanation has been given for not moving the application earlier. Similarly, as far as the order of closing the evidence is concerned, I have also gone through the same. The only reason, which is made before the Family Court, Akola, is that the present petitioner/original respondent is delaying the matter.

5. The learned counsel for petitioner submits that the matter before the Family Court at Akola is fixed on 20.05.2026 for final arguments.

6. In that view of the matter, further proceedings in Petition No.A-50 of 2022, pending before the Family Court, Akola, are stayed, till the returnable date.
