1. Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant and the
learned APP for the Respondent - State.
2. The applicant apprehend arrest in connection with Crime
No.0640 of 2025, dated 19th August 2025, registered with Hingoli City
Police Station, Dist. Hingoli, for the offences punishable under Sections
420, 408, 409, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and
Sections 3 and 4 of the M.P.I.D. Act.
3. Issue notice to the Respondent, returnable on 23rd June
2026.

4. Learned APP waives service of notice on behalf of the
respondent - State.
5. Considering the allegations made in the FIR and the role
attributed to the applicant, the applicant has prima facie made out a
case for grant of interim protection. Therefore, I am inclined to grant
interim protection to the applicant. Hence, the following order.
ORDER
(a) Till the next date, in the event of arrest of the applicant - Ashwini w/o Rahul Mahalankar in connection with Crime No.0640 of 2025, dated 19 th August 2025, registered with Hingoli City Police Station, Dist. Hingoli, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 408, 409, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the M.P.I.D. Act., she be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond and Surety Bond of ₹ 15,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.
(b) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station on every Saturday and Sunday between 10:00 a.m. and 02:00 p.m. till the next date. Shrikant Malani Page 2 of 3

(c) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner whatsoever.
(d) The applicant shall cooperate with the Investigating Agency.
6. List this application along with Anticipatory Bail Application Nos.726 of 2026 and 776 of 2026.
