1. Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant and the
learned APP for the Respondent - State.
2. The applicant apprehend arrest in connection with Crime
No.0289 of 2025, dated 28 th April 2025, registered with Sangamner
Taluka Police Station, Dist. Ahilyanagar, for the offences punishable
under Section 137(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. Issue notice to the Respondent, returnable on 24th June
2026.
4. Learned APP waives service of notice on behalf of the
respondent - State.

5. Considering the allegations made in the FIR and the role
attributed to the applicant, the applicant has prima facie made out a
case for grant of interim protection. Therefore, I am inclined to grant
interim protection to the applicant. Hence, the following order.
ORDER
(a) Till the next date, in the event of arrest of the applicant - Sandeep Raosaheb Sonawane in connection with Crime No.0289 of 2025, dated 28 th April 2025, registered with Sangamner Taluka Police Station, Dist. Ahilyanagar, for the offences punishable under Section 137(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, he be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond and Surety Bond of ₹ 15,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.
(b) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station on every Saturday and Sunday between 10:00 a.m. and 02:00 p.m. till the next date.
(c) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner whatsoever.
(d) The applicant shall cooperate with the Investigating Agency.
