9. WP 6638-2026.doc the amount as per notice dated 5 th May 2026, in this Court within a period of two weeks.
2) Subject to the deposit of the said amount of 50 per cent, issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 17th June, 2026.
3) Till then, the effect, execution and implementation of the notice dated 5th May 2026, annexed as Exhibit 'B' to the Petition, is stayed.
4) It is made clear that, in case the recovery of amount of 50 per cent, as mentioned in the notice dated 5 th May, 2026, below Exhibit 'B', is not deposited within a period of two weeks from today, the stay shall be vacated automatically without reference to this Court.
5) Stand over to 17th June, 2026.
