Mr. Sagar Batavia, learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is entitled to separate Permanent Alternate Accommodation Agreements ("PAAA") for commercial unit as well as for residential unit. 2. An objection has been raised by Ms. Lakshmi Murali, learned Advocate for Respondent no.3-Society to the Petition, who submits that the subject premises are a single unit, which were used for both commercial and residential activities. In view of the above objection, it will be necessary for the Respondents to file reply. Let the reply be filed within a period of two weeks from today.
