1. Heard learned counsel for the parties at great length.
2. Issue Notice to the Respondents returnable on 15 May 2026.
3. During the course of the hearing, extensive arguments were advanced and a catena of decisions was cited by both sides.
4. Towards the end of the hearing, we came across a recent decision of the Nagpur Bench in Writ Petition No. 4040 of 2026 dated 8 May 2026, Mayur Page 1 of 2 ::: Uploaded on - 15/05/2026 ::: Downloaded on - 16/05/2026 03:41:32 ::: 24-WP(L)-15009-2026 (OS).doc which, in our view, would have considerable bearing on the issue/controversy raised in the present proceedings.
5. Having observed the above, learned counsel for the parties have requested to go through the said judgment and place on record a compilation of the relevant judgments, including the judgment referred to above, for further consideration of this Court.
6. To enable the parties to do so, stand over to 18 May 2026.
7. All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
