2. By an earlier order dated 20 March 2026 passed by the Co-

ordinate Bench of this Court, this Court had directed the Petitioner to amend the Petition and join Mithibai College of Arts as Respondent No.6.

3. Amendment has been carried out and the said College has been added as Respondent No.6 in the present proceedings. Such order was passed considering that there is inconsistency between the Mark-sheet and Passing Certificate as recorded in paragraph 2 of the order 28 April Pallavi Page 1 of 2 ::: Uploaded on - 15/05/2026 ::: Downloaded on - 16/05/2026 03:41:13 ::: 8-WP-3577-2026 (C).doc 2026. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the said Respondent is duly served.
