                                                                           (VACATION COURT)

                    P.C.:-

                    1. Heard learned counsel for the parties. Issue Notice, Returnable on 15

                    June 2026.

                    2. The learned counsel for the Petitioner has drawn our attention to an

order of the Coordinate Bench of this Court dated 7 May 2026. By the said

order, this Court had directed that Respondent No.3 shall not disturb the

service of the Petitioners-workers of Toli No.6310 from the establishment of

Respondent No.3. The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that he seeks

similar reliefs/orders in respect of Toli No.6310 which is also working with

Respondent No.4-company, in almost identical factual complexion.

                    3. According to learned counsel for the Respondent, he would insist that

the order dated 28 April 2026 is already implemented on 7 May 2026.
