1. Heard learned counsel for the parties for some time. The learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the urgency in the present proceedings is the challenge to the impugned notice dated 6 May 2026 whereby Respondent No.3 put a debit freeze on the Petitioner's account due to which the Petitioner is unable to pay the salary to the workers and pay the electricity bill and other essential services.
2. In the course of hearing today, the learned counsel for Respondent No.3 i.e. Axis Bank, who appears through video conferencing has submitted on instructions that the lien on the account of the Petitioner has been removed with effect from yesterday i.e. 14 May 2026. Such statement on instructions is accepted.

3. Considering the above, learned counsel for the Petitioner on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the Petition. The Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
