1. Heard learned counsel for the parties. Issue Notice, returnable on 9 June 2026.
2. The Petition has been moved on the ground of extreme urgency being that there is a Notice issued by the Respondent-Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation dated 7 May 2026, in which it is stated that the subject structure would be demolished by 12 May 2026.
3. The learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, states that the said demolition is yet to be carried out. On a query from the Court, he has pointed out an order dated 23 March 2026, vide which the application for regularization of the said structure was made by the Petitioner. However, the same has been rejected vide the said order which is challenged and is Shubham 1/2 ::: Uploaded on - 15/05/2026 ::: Downloaded on - 16/05/2026 03:40:43 :::

2 16-WP-6621-2026.doc pending before the appropriate authority. There is no stay on such order as clarified by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions.
