1. Heard learned counsel for the parties. The present proceedings impugn the order dated 24 April 2026, passed by the City Civil Court at Bombay in Notice of Motion No.2025 of 2026 in L.C. Suit No.782 of 2026.

On the said date, the execution of the order was suspended by the Trial Court for a further period of two weeks by the said order dated 24 April 2026.

2. Considering the above, such execution of the impugned judgment and order dated 24 April 2026 shall remain suspended/kept in abeyance until the next date i.e. 19 June 2026.
