1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. At the outset, it appears from the office remarks that the Advocate for the Petitioner has not supplied copies of the petition for issuing notice to Respondent Nos. 1 to 5 till date. The Affidavit of Service has also not been filed. This has been recorded in the office/Registry's order dated 11 May 2026.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner has stated that Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 have been privately served.
4. In the above circumstances, let the spare copies be supplied to the Registry by 19 May 2026.
5. 7. List the proceedings for consideration on 26 May 2026.
