                   P.C.:

1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

2. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the subject structure who is the subject matter of the present proceedings has already been demolished way back in the year 2015. The Petitioner now apprehends that the structures of the relatives of the Petitioner would also be demolished by the Respondent/Authority. There is not basis for such apprehension. This Court is confident that the Respondent/Authority shall take action strictly in accordance with the law as far as any further steps and/or actions are concerned.

3. List the proceedings before regular Court in due course.
