1. Heard learned counsel for the parties. The Petition is moved on an urgent basis impugning the unexplained and arbitrary inaction of Respondent No.2 i.e. Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) in failing to take a final decision on the Petitioner's application for certification of a feature film in the name of "Shree Baba Neeb Karori Maharaj" and its trailer.

He also submits on instructions that such certificate has been collected by the Petitioner. Mr. Singh on further instructions has stated that as far as the certification for the trailer of the said film is concerned, that would be issued not later than 14 May 2026.
